MHFA Champion

The course cost is £200pp + VAT

The Mental Health First Aid Champion course is a one day course where learners gain an understanding of poor mental health, knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness, ability to spot signs of mental ill-health and skills to support positive wellbeing.

This course can be delivered either face-to-face or online. Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities.

Learning outcomes

On completing the course you will be a 'Mental Health First Aid Champion' and you will have:

  • More knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
  • The ability to spot signs of poor mental health
